Probate Attorney Fees

The attorney’s fees are paid from the estate at the end of the probate administration process

Additional costs include real estate recording fees and notary fees. More complex estate plans and assets may result in an increased fee. Each client will agree to and sign a written fee agreement before an attorney-client relationship is established.

Bankruptcy

Under Chapter 7 of Bankruptcy, the debtor is exempt from all debts if their income is insufficient to pay them off. Your income of the previous six months along with details of your family determines the outcome of this process.
